Samarel Freestanding
The shade is the whole lamp.
Nothing underneath it but the table.
Every other Voxov lamp stands on a base. This one does not. The light sits in a ring at the very bottom of the shade, low enough to disappear, and the shade rests straight on the surface. What you see is one piece, a column of ridges with the light climbing out of it.
Because the source sits below the ridges rather than behind them, the glow is strongest at the foot and thins as it rises. Up close the lamp reads bright and grounded, from across the room it reads soft. It runs on 5 V, so the lead is a slim USB cable rather than mains flex, and it can sit on a shelf, a windowsill or a bedside table.
