2. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed at voxovdesign.com. They are written for consumers. Where a term conflicts with mandatory Swedish consumer law, the law applies and the term does not.

3. Products

Every Voxov lamp is made to order in Sweden. Shades are printed in a durable translucent thermoplastic, bases in a plant-derived bioplastic. Because each piece is made individually, small variations in layer texture, seam position and colour depth occur between pieces. These are characteristic of the process and are not faults.

Product photography is taken under studio lighting. Colours may appear differently on your screen depending on your display.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in Swedish kronor and include Swedish VAT at 25 per cent. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the moment you place it. Prices may change at any time before an order is placed.

Shipping within Sweden is free. Voxov currently ships within Sweden only.

5. Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when Voxov sends you an order confirmation by email. If an order cannot be fulfilled, you are told promptly and any payment taken is refunded in full.

6. Payment

Payment is handled by Klarna. The methods Klarna offers you at checkout, and the terms attaching to each of them, are set by Klarna. Voxov does not receive or store your full card details.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days under the Swedish Distance and Off Premises Contracts Act (lag 2005:59 om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler). The period runs from the day you, or someone you nominate, take physical possession of the goods.

To withdraw, tell Voxov within those 14 days at hello@voxovdesign.com. A clear statement is enough; you may also use the standard withdrawal form published by the Swedish Consumer Agency. Return the goods within 14 days of telling Voxov you are withdrawing.

Voxov pays return shipping. A prepaid return label is sent to you by email when you notify a withdrawal, so exercising the right costs you nothing.

You are refunded the full amount you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of Voxov receiving the goods back or of your proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. The refund is made to the payment method you used. You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function.

Beyond the statutory right, Voxov offers a voluntary return within 30 days of delivery for goods that are unused and in their original packaging, on the same terms, with return shipping paid by Voxov. The voluntary return is offered in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them.

8. Delivery

Orders are made to order and normally dispatched within five working days. Delivery is by PostNord, with a tracking link sent by email at dispatch. If a delivery is delayed beyond a reasonable period, you may set an additional reasonable time for delivery and, if that passes, cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Risk in the goods passes to you when you receive them.

9. Faulty goods

If something arrives damaged or faulty, write to hello@voxovdesign.com with a photograph and your order number. You have three years from delivery to make a complaint about a fault under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen 2022:260), and a fault that appears within the first two years is presumed to have existed at delivery unless shown otherwise. Voxov pays return shipping on faulty goods and will repair, replace or refund.

10. Complaints and disputes

Complaints go to hello@voxovdesign.com and are answered as quickly as possible.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, you may refer it to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, arn.se. Voxov follows the Board's recommendations. You may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

11. Personal data

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy at voxovdesign.com/privacy.

12. Governing law

Swedish law governs these terms. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
