About

Voxov Design is registered in Sweden. These terms apply to all purchases made through voxovdesign.com.

Orders

By placing an order the customer confirms that the information provided is accurate. Each lamp is handmade to order. Voxov reserves the right to cancel an order in case of stock or production issues, in which case a full refund is issued.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include VAT. Payment is processed by Klarna. You can pay in full, in 30 days, or in 3 interest-free installments.

Shipping

Free shipping within Sweden. Orders ship within 5 business days. Voxov does not currently ship internationally.

Returns and refunds

Orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the return arriving.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Swedish consumer law. The right does not apply to products that have been used.

Liability

Voxov is responsible for defects in its products in accordance with Swedish consumer law. Voxov is not liable for indirect damages caused by use of the product outside its intended purpose.

Privacy

Voxov processes personal data in accordance with GDPR. Data is used only to fulfil orders and provide customer service.

Disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are resolved by Swedish courts or through the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
