Shipping and returns

All orders ship free within Sweden. Each lamp is handmade to order and ships within 5 business days of the order being placed.

Once the lamp has been dispatched, a confirmation email with tracking details is sent so the delivery can be followed.

Voxov currently ships within Sweden only. Sign up for updates to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Voxov accepts returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping is free.

2. A prepaid return label is sent by return
3. Pack the lamp securely in its original packaging
4. Drop it off at your nearest postal service point

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the returned item arriving. The refund is issued to the original payment method.

If a lamp arrives damaged or with a defect, contact Voxov within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the damage if possible. A free replacement or full refund is arranged at no cost.

Since each lamp is made to order, cancellations are possible only if production has not yet started. Contact Voxov as soon as possible.
