Right of withdrawal and returns
This page sets out the right to withdraw from a purchase made from Voxov Design under the Swedish Distance and Off Premises Contracts Act (lag 2005:59 om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler).
14 days, every product, no exceptions
The right to withdraw applies for 14 days from the day the goods are received. It applies to every product Voxov sells, with no exceptions.
Notify Voxov separately, using the withdrawal function
Swedish law requires the notice of withdrawal to be a step separate from the printed form below. Use the withdrawal function to notify Voxov, and keep the on screen acknowledgement as a record.
Return shipping
The customer pays the cost of returning the goods.
Refund
The refund is made within 14 days of Voxov receiving the goods back, or of proof that they have been returned, whichever is earlier. The refund is made to the payment method used for the purchase.
Handling the goods
The customer is liable for any loss in value that results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function.

If we cannot agree, you can take the matter to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, arn.se. We follow ARN's recommendations.
Consumers resident in another EU country can also contact the European Consumer Centre in their own country.
